It's nice having a liquid to take other another tablet. The mango flavour was a refreshing taste and definitely a lot easier to take than tablets, plus I can mix this into my yoghurt and smoothies, which adds a hit of mango flavour and still get the benefits.
I've been using the Frosted Mango flavour sachets for a few days now and they are very impressive. I've already noticed an improvement in my mood, which has been a lovely surprise as a very busy mum. I find that taking supplements in the form of tablets has become very taxing, which means I’ve been skipping days, so one thing I really like is the liquid formula and how versatile they are. I take them straight from the sachet if I’m in a hurry or sprinkle them over my breakfast. I've been adding mine to my morning yoghurt and it blends perfectly. Another major plus is the fact they’re sugar-free! I wasn’t sure whether I would like the flavour, but the taste is absolutely delicious! I’ve been using Hormo Zen for a couple of weeks, which hasn’t been hard as it doesn’t taste like a supplement! The Mango flavour tastes really natural and refreshing. I’ve tried lots of different things for my hormonal acne & backne as well as my painful periods and this is the first time I have felt a difference in both those things. It’s clearly helping to balance out my hormones so I will definitely be repurchasing!
It does have a bit of a tangy taste but definitely tastes like mango but not overwhelming! I would recommend having it chilled.

I originally tried the capsules however I do struggle with acid from my crohns. Since trying these I haven’t had any issues what so ever. It’s really taste, creamy, smooth and a lovely taste of mango. Only once did I feel the burning on the back of my throat but it was more like a tingle that lasted seconds and didn’t hurt. Your tablets now gels have changed my life, my ovulation has move to day 13/14 from day 8, my cycles are 28 days long from 21-24 and my hair is growing. For the first time in 10 years. We start ivf in the next month and hope I can continue to take this. Well if the magic doesn’t happen before hand
