Please ensure all orders are placed using a secure and valid delivery address. Rescue Midwife LTD cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addresses submitted at checkout. Please note that any redelivery to a corrected address will incur an additional delivery charge.
Once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be amended. Royal Mail will attempt delivery to the address provided, and if unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. Once returned, you may contact us to update the delivery address and arrange for the parcel to be resent. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred for redelivery.
