Returns & Exchange Policy:
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products (teas, supplements, and liposomal formulations), returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been dispatched. This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exclude products that are:
Sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons (supplements, teas and liposomal sachets).
For this reason, once dispatched, orders are considered final and cannot be returned due to change of mind, taste preference, or perceived effectiveness. Please check your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
The only exceptions apply to products that are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled (see “Damaged / Incorrect Orders” below).
Incorrect Delivery Address:
If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered parcels. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incomplete or incorrect address.
Customers will be liable for any re-delivery costs once the parcel is returned to us by the courier.
Addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is missed and the parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will apply. Refunds cannot be offered in these cases.
Product Safety & Use:
Our teas, supplements, and liposomal products comply with relevant UK food safety and supplement regulations.
Before use, customers are responsible for consulting their own healthcare professional to ensure the suitability of our products.
We do not provide medical advice. Information on our website is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance.
We accept no liability for adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Damaged / Incorrect Orders:
We take care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit or the incorrect item is received:
Email within 2 days of receipt.
Include your order number, full name, and clear photographs of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note: this applies only to products damaged in transit or sent incorrectly — not to issues of taste, personal preference, or perceived effectiveness.
Taste & Texture (Supplements, Liposomal & Tea Products):
Our liposomal formulations, supplements and herbal teas are crafted with advanced methods and natural ingredients, which may naturally result in a distinctive taste or texture. This does not indicate a fault with the product. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for reasons of taste or texture preference.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rescue Midwife is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
The use or inability to use our website or products.
Delays, errors, or inaccuracies in delivery information.
The use or misuse of our teas, supplements, or liposomal formulations.
