Returns & exchange policy:

The returns and exchange policy outlined below applies to all online orders for our products subject to the below exceptions.
We are unable to accept a return for a refund, exchange or cancellation of orders due to hygiene and health protection reasons.
Incorrect delivery address:
In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed by the customer, we assume no responsibility for this. This can risk your parcel incurring a longer delivery time and the customer must bear the cost of re-delivery. We are not able to change the address after you have made an order, you must wait until our delivery partner send it back to us and then for us to attempt re-delivery of course at the postage cost liable to the customer.

Before consuming our fertility supplements it is the responsibility of the customer to seek advice from their own health care professional before use. We accept no liability or responsibility for any adverse consequences resulting directly or indirectly from the use of any of our products at Rescue Midwife LTD.

We aim to provide products that are of a high quality and hope that they will arrive in excellent condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged and/or defective or you have received the wrong item please contact us by email at support@rescuemidwife.org within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please include your order number and full name so that we can trace your order. We also require photographic images of the item displaying the alleged “damage”/”fault” sent by email to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos and considered your email and will let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved and you are to be given a refund or new items will be sent out.
