Umarah has dedicated her career to supporting women and families through some of life’s most important stages — from fertility and conception to pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Through her work as a midwife, she developed a deep understanding of reproductive health and the many factors that can influence a woman’s fertility journey.

Her professional experience, combined with her own personal journey, inspired her to create Rescue Midwife — bringing together her passion for fertility, women’s health and nutritional wellbeing.

From fertility herbal teas and targeted supplements to advanced liposomal formulations, each product is developed with care, professional insight and a science-led approach.
