Our fertility supplements are made up of 7 science backed nutrients derived from clinical studies to balance and support the fertility of women and men.
Nutrients can be powerful in providing equilibrium throughout the reproductive system and can work well together to support hormonal activity, reproduction, metabolism and help women & men struggling to conceive.
Women who suffer with hormonal issues can be faced with a range of health struggles such as weight gain, PCOS, thyroid issues, hirsutism, painful, heavy, absent or irregular periods. Nutrients play an important role in womb preparation, egg quality, hormonal activity and conception.
Men can also suffer from a range of health issues regarding their fertility such as low sperm count, sperm mortality, low sex drive and erectile dysfunction.
Sperm health is equally as important as egg health when it comes to trying for a baby. Sperm contributes to 50% of the genetic make-up of a baby. Conception will not take place unless there is fresh, healthy and well shaped sperm that is strong enough to penetrate through the egg to make a baby! New sperm is replenished every 64 days and men must have a sufficient amount of sperm count to be classed as fertile. It is well known that a healthy diet and lifestyle can significantly impact sperm health.
It is important to understand that female and male fertility is just as important as each other with new evidence showing 50% of fertility issues are male factor related. The right fertile balance of both men & women in their hormonal and reproductive health is absolutely crucial and equally as important as each other for successful conception and pregnancy to take place.
Yes indeed, they have been formulated to be taken alongside each other to give you that extra fertility boost - the tea is a powerful blend of 7 herbs along with Zinc which is an essential mineral to help support male & female fertility & reproduction. Check out our bundles!
